We are pleased to share some exciting updates regarding your CareGLP program by CareValidate. See below for a full list of new features, enhancements and updates!


Compounded Tirzepatide:

We are delighted to announce that we now offer Compounded Tirzepatide. Tirzepatide has garnered considerable attention in recent media coverage, with patients reporting better outcomes and fewer side effects compared to Semaglutide. It's important to note that Tirzepatide comes at a higher cost than Semaglutide, necessitating an adjustment in pricing. If you are interested in offering Tirzepatide, please let us know so that we can discuss the cost and adding it to your GLP-1 platform!

 *note Compounded Tirzepatide is not available in California.


Integrated Payment:

You may have observed a slight alteration in patient flow. You will now see that upon completing the intake form on your landing page, patients will be prompted to submit their credit card information concurrently. This information will be securely stored and charged at the time of service. This new feature will drastically increase your patient conversion rates, allowing you to assist even more patients in their weight-loss journey!


Revision of Refund Policy:

We have revised our refund policy- Patients are accountable for the payment of their non-refundable telehealth visit fee ($55) and the CareValidate tech fee ($25) upon service. If their healthcare provider approves their prescription, the patient will incur the full charge, including the non-refundable telehealth visit fee, CareValidate tech fee, and the variable cost of medication and shipping, constituting the total list price. For further details, please refer to our comprehensive refund policy.


Estimated Shipping Times:

Currently, we are still contending with shipping delays for both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. As previously communicated, we are actively expanding our pharmacy network to mitigate these delays. Presently, please anticipate a turnaround time of 7-12 business days from the placement of the prescription order to its delivery to the patient.


Referral Codes:

We are pleased to announce the introduction of referral code functionality within our checkout process. This enhancement allows patients to input referral codes, enabling seamless association with designated individuals within your organization. Please let me know if you are interested in utilizing this feature.
