How do I track my prescription?

Upon a successful virtual consult with your provider, you will receive an email that your prescription has been submitted. Once the medication is dispatched ,there are multiple ways for you to track your order. 

  • You will receive an email from Accommocare giving you the tracking number for your convenience. You can directly reply to the email for any further questions or information that you may need and your Care Team will be happy to assist you. You could also contact CareGLP customer support team here for assistance.

  •  If a prescription is sent via a CareGLP partner pharmacy, it will be shipped to you by the pharmacy through FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number from FedEx or UPS for each shipment. Please note that certain medications that require cold shipping and refrigeration are only shipped from the pharmacies from Monday - Thursday.
