Prior to your virtual visit with a doctor, you will complete several intake forms where we will ask you for information about the medications you are taking, your daily nutrition, and other healthcare concerns such as if you have diabetes or high blood pressure. Doctors on the CareGLP platform will review these forms to have a big picture understanding of you, your health, and your goals. They will review these forms with you during this visit to help determine what your goals are. They will then discuss treatment options and determine which medication regimen are better suited for your goals.
