CareGLP Refund policy

We strive to provide exceptional care and service to all of our patients. Please review our refund policy below for further details:

Prescription Cost:


Refunds for prescription costs for patients will be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If a prescription is filled in error or if the wrong medication is dispensed.
  • If the prescription is canceled before it is filled, subject to our cancellation policy.
  • Refunds for prescription costs will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.


Shipping:


  • Refunds for shipping costs will be provided if the product is returned due to our error or if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Shipping costs for returned items will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.


Telehealth Visit:


  • Refunds for telehealth visits for cash-paying patients will be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled telehealth appointment will incur no cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled telehealth appointment will be subject to a telehealth visit fee of $80, and refunds will be issued at the discretion of CareValidate.

  • If you or your provider decide that GLP-1s are not a good fit for you post-appointment, you will only be charged for the tele-health consultation. For a video consult your card will be charged $80 and for a phone consult, the fee charged will be $70.



General Terms:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
    Exceptions may be made only in cases where there is a verified error on our part, such as:

  • The package was shipped to the wrong address due to our mistake.
  • You received the wrong product or prescription.
  • To request a refund under these limited circumstances, please contact our customer service team at support-careglp@carevalidate.com within 10 days of the original purchase or receipt of the product.

  • Refund requests must include photographic evidence of the issue, and all claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

CareGLP Cancellation Policy

At CareValidate, we understand the importance of flexibility and the need for adjustments to your healthcare schedule. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy for telemedicine appointments related to GLP-1 medication consultations:

Cancellation Notice:

  • Patients are required to cancel or reschedule their telemedicine appointment at least 24  hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.


How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the scheduling link previously provided, or email our service center at support-careglp@carevalidate.com. Our staff will assist you in finding a new appointment time that suits your schedule.


Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $80. This fee compensates for the time reserved for your appointment.


No-Shows:

  • Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered no-shows. A no-show may result in a fee equivalent to $80.


Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour notice period due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis.


Rescheduling:

  • We encourage patients who need to cancel to consider rescheduling their appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be done through the same channels as cancellations.


Policy Updates:

  • CareValidate reserves the right to update this cancellation policy as needed. Patients will be notified of any significant changes through email or a notice posted on our website.
