Introduction
The CareGLP platform provides a way to create a completely customized experience for CareGLP patients. For example, instead of using the standard storefront landing pages that come with CareGLP, storefront owners can provide this documentation to a software engineer who could then develop a custom onboarding experience for patients. We also offer a web hook that can notify you of any patient case updates within our system such as shipping. If you would like the development handled externally, CareValidate can provide the contact information of trusted companies we've worked with before.
Key Terminology
- Storefront: A page which shows products, onboarding questionnaires, and allows patients to provide payment and registration information. Example of a storefront.
- Patient portal: A website that allows patients to log in to view and interact with their case after registering. Example of a patient portal.
- Backend API: This is a collection of servers on the internet that a web developer may interact with to create a fully customized storefront.
- Secret Key: This is a sequence of characters that securely identifies your web developer's calls to our backend, associating them with your store. Please do not reveal it to anyone. Example: kmhF7kzlDwirj6BKb-OFq5CtrPUBtvF-2UqFJXGVfhg
