They will work with you to offer personalized treatment plans that are tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
Step 1: Complete Patient Intake Form
Our intake form questionnaire and online Telehealth visit with licensed providers will ensure you are prescribed the proper medication. Upon completion of the form, we'll review and submit to our medical team within 24 hours.
- If you chose email or text visit in the intake form, a doctor will contact you in approximately 24-48 hours.
- If you chose a video or phone visit in the intake form, you will receive a link to schedule your appointment in approximately 24-48 hours. Please note that some states only allow video or phone visits for telehealth consults.
Step 2: Medication Shipped
Within 2-6 business days after Step 1, our pharmacy partners will begin to process your order for shipment. This takes 2-6 business days. PLEASE NOTE: The pharmacies do not process orders Friday, Saturday or Sunday—therefore these days do not count towards the total business days.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
You're in good hands. While you wait for your medication, go through our FAQ's in preparation and for ongoing support. As with all medical weight loss treatments, they may require dose changes at times.
