How do I communicate with my healthcare provider after the virtual consult?

After the virtual consultation, you can communicate with your provider via CareValidate's SOC2 compliant, Obesity Telehealth Electronic Health Record Platform called AccommoCare.  There are multiple ways of connecting with your provider via Accommocare.



Option1 - Logging in to the Accommocare portal to communicate with your provider.


1.Please log in to AccommoCare at https://careglp.carevalidate.com/login using the email & password sent to you in the account creation email.



2. Once you are logged in please click on the communication tab to send any messages to your Provider. You will also be able to read here the communications sent by your provider or your Care Team. 




Option 2 - Emails to and from your Provider



Messages from your provider via AccommoCare will come from the email  address support@carevalidate.com and will look like this. Please check your spam folder, as these messages may occasionally end up there. To communicate directly with your provider, you can easily respond to the email received through AccommoCare.
