Upon logging into your CareGLP case, a tracker at the top provides a convenient display of your current case stage.
Stage 1 - Submission
Your CareGLP journey commences here. Upon completing and submitting the survey form, a case is created for you in the CareGLP platform. Your case status will be marked as "Submitted," accompanied by a timestamp indicating the exact time of submission.
Stage 2 - Assignment
Following confirmation of your eligibility for GLP-1 medication, your case will be assigned to your dedicated care team. At this stage, a physician will also be allocated to your case. You can view your care team details in the panel on the right.
Stage 3 - Virtual Consultation
Once a provider has been assigned to your case, you will receive an email containing the doctor's booking link to schedule a consultation. During this stage, your case status will be updated to "Virtual Consult."
Stage 4 - Prescription Decision
After a successful virtual consultation with the physician, your prescription will be approved. At this stage, you will proceed with the payment, and your prescription will be processed at the pharmacy.
Stage 5 - Completion
Your case will display an "Approved" status as long as you continue with the subscription and receive refills. If you choose to discontinue, the tracker will close your case and mark it as "Completed."
